Born with the intention to bring forth our restaurants, Pascual Tapas & Bar and Pots & Bowls.

Blossom Hospitality is a business established in 2021 that was born with the desire to keep expanding and growing our two restaurants; Pots & Bowls and Pascual. To this day we are business owners and operators of our two Pots & Bowls restaurants in Playa Grande and Las Catalinas, and Pascual Tapas & Bar also in the town of Las Catalinas. We have now opened our 3rd Pots & Bowls restaurant in Rohrmoser, San Jose.

Blossom Hospitality is also born from the passion of our founders wanting to transmit the real meaning of hospitality with the intention to create moments and memorable, unique experiences. We are strong believers that this is accomplished through constant training backed up by all necessary procedures for the respective operation.

We are focused on working with national producers, always searching for the best quality. We are conscious of sustainability not only of our products and space but our working staff influencing the community in a positive way.

Meet our founders

Juliana has a degree in Administrative Hospitality from Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland. The experience of living and studying in Switzerland showed her that discipline and consistency give great results. Juliana has more than 11 years of experience. Her greatest passion is creating concepts that align with the benefits of the community offering unique experiences to her clients. Juliana is a lover of Food and Drinks and has worked in different operative and managing positions at The Four Seasons Hotel in Bora Bora and Peninsula Papagayo.

She has also had the opportunity to grow in her career as Manager of Food and Drinks at Las Catalinas. Here, she was responsible for the opening of Club de Playa while handling management operations of other Food and Drink outlets. In the year 2017, she created and established Pots & Bowls, opening their first location in Guanacaste, Playa Grande. In the year of 2021, she opened a new location in Las Catalinas along with the restaurant Pascual Tapas & Bar also located in the Beach Town of Las Catalinas.

 

Federico has a degree in Administrative Hospitality from Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland. From here, he learned the importance of being passionate, organized, innovative, and extroverted to be successful in the hospitality industry. Federico has more than 14 years of experience. Within his successes there has been the opening of Hotel Alta Gracia in Pérez Zeledón and Hotel Casa Chameleon at Las Catalinas. For 6 years he was General Manager at Hotel Casa Chameleon achieving alongside his team recognition as top 5 Best Hotels in Central America and Top 100 Best Hotels In The World according to Travel and Leisure in the year of 2019. He also accomplished 4 stars on Forbes Travel Guide for Hotel Casa Chameleon. Currently, he is Managing Partner at Blossom Hospitality.
